Went here with my wife, who is vegetarian. We ordered Paneer 65, and surprisingly it had a nice “fishy twist” to it. When I asked the staff, they confidently denied it. The manager even argued it was cooked in a separate kadai — until we checked the kitchen and, surprise surprise, there was no veg kadai at all. The chef casually told us, “This is a non-veg restaurant, how can you expect a separate kadai for veg?” Wow, thank you for the free life lesson! Clearly, we silly customers should know that “veg” on the menu doesn’t actually mean vegetarian here — it just means “paneer cooked in fish oil.” Silly us for expecting transparency. The biryani? More like tomato rice with some decoration. Ambience was nice though — maybe that’s the only dish they get right. If you’re vegetarian, don’t even think of coming here. And if you’re non-veg, maybe you’ll still enjoy it as long as you don’t mind paying for arguments instead of service. Dear customer, We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you and your wife faced at our restaurant. Your feedback is very important to us, and we truly regret the miscommunication and the inconvenience caused. We understand how serious it is when vegetarian food is expected, and the trust is broken due to errors in preparation or communication. This should not have happened, and we take full responsibility. Please be assured that we are already reviewing our kitchen practices and strengthening staff training to ensure that vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are prepared and served with complete clarity and care in the future. Your comfort and trust matter to us more than anything. We kindly request you to give us another chance to serve you better. If you could reach out to our management team directly, we will personally address this matter and ensure you have a positive experience with us. You can contact us at +91 98428 45041, and we will be more than happy to connect with you, listen to your concerns, and resolve this issue. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We value your feedback and will work hard to ensure such incidents do not occur again. Warm regards, Pasumpon restaurant
