Visited Pastry Inn recently to buy few things and would like to share some feedback with the hope that it helps improve the experience for future customers. The staff appeared quite uninterested and unprofessional. Their behaviour felt irritated rather than welcoming, which was disappointing for a place that sells celebration items. There was a noticeable difference between the prices mentioned on the display chart and the prices at checkout, and the difference was quite significant. After payment, a proper bill was not provided, and it seemed the billing system had different prices than what was displayed. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on these areas, because the products themselves are good and the store has great potential. Looking forward to revisiting Pastry Inn again in the future and hopefully seeing a much better experience next time. I visited Pastry Inn for a quick dessert, and this place is really impressive with so many options to choose from. They have a wide variety of cakes and desserts, including small portions and mini cakes, which is great if you want to try different items. They also have plenty of veg options available. I tried the Dry Fruit Brownie — it was good, but it definitely has room for improvement. I also tried the Tiramisu, which was nice. The Passion Fruit Delight was my favorite — absolutely loved it! The place also has a small dine-in seating area, which is cozy and convenient. They offer many gifting options like chocolate hampers, bouquets, and other gift combos. They also have a good variety of beverages. Overall, a great place with lots of choices for dessert lovers. Would recommend!
