Customisation and finishing of the cake is bad. Ordered half kg cake and only informed the height of the cake will be half size it. The cream got melted and didn’t give any proper response when asked about it. There is no proper communication from them. Food: 1 Service: 1

Customization of the cake was not up to the mark.She did not depict the exact design shown The taste and texture of the cake was very poor. We ordered a rose milk flavoured cake from them but it just felt like jam. The cake was not at all soaked in rose milk and it was very sweet the location was not properly mentioned and no proper communication.
