We recently visited Pastiche at 32nd Milestone, Sector 15, and loved the experience. The pressed pork belly was outstanding! The juicy, tender layers with rich, balanced flavours. The crispy salmon with zoodles was equally impressive, perfectly cooked with beautifully crisp skin. The Tangy Orient and cold coffee with oat milk made for great pairings. With its refined flavours and relaxed ambiance, Pastiche is a spot we’d happily return to.
