Imagine a combination of tasty food and the cute staff, this is exactly what this restaurant provides you with. The ambiance is exotic, as clients see it.
We went for Team Lunch for some of my colleagues' birthday. The place is on Jyoti Niwas College Road, the restaurant road you can say. I don't know why it is called as Paschim Terrace though. The water and fishes under you feet is an added attraction for the place. There is no great view from the terrace though.
Lets get to the food. When we reached the buffet food was not ready. It was well past the start of working hours of the hotel. So, I felt little weird about that. Later when we started having food, all the starters didn't come all of sudden. There was always one or another missing. The Panner, chat, potato were very delicious. In main course, the panner tikka was nice. The staff was polite and treated as cheerfully.
Amazing place with nice green cover and fish tank, soothing old numbers...awesome food and on top of it..very polite and smiling hosts. I have been a regular to this place since 2 yrs, but until they changed their name from Dugout to Paschim Terrace, there was a long gap. This time their menu was revamped, but count on me...it is awesome in all aspects. The staff is very friendly and customize things as per need. They describe menu in detail in case you want to know the ingredients and they also suggest items that suits the kids. For us, it becomes a treasure when they ask to take care of the kid and you can enjoy your food. We liked the place so much that we actually planned to have our daughter's first birthday here and what we got to listen from our guests was "Awesome food, amazing place..why we never saw it before!" The food turned out be fully authentic and the PT team delivered what they promised..actually more than that..as they added some items as surprise and didnt charged for it even though they were not listed in menu discussed for the event. Special thanks to their manager Raman, who was very supportive in getting the decors done and being there in the party the whole while to take care of issues if faced. Cheers to Paschim Terrace...we gonna keep you visiting all again!
Went to Paschim terrace for a lazy sunday lunch with family. The terrace ambience was beautiful. The chef was very accommodating and cooked us some customised veg dishes which were off the menu but really awesome! He also adjusted the spice level according to our taste.
The only element that was off was the music. Setting some vintage Bollywood tunes instead of club music would really complete the experience. All in all, I'm a definite repeat visitor!
