First of all, treat your customers with respect.My mother (an elderly woman) came to enquire if you got "Nei soru" available.Your highly literate staff who has inculcated elated levels of sarcasm responded to her "Nei soru illa, ghee rice dhan iruku". She left embarassed from there due to the ill natured audacity of your staff.You are in a service based business and respect comes first in it. With such people in your restaurant, the doom is not far away it seems.Practice and educate humility to your staffs first.
