NEVER ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT HOME DELIVERY. Worst experience. I placed an order to them directly not using any delivery partner app at 11am. They said my order will be ready at 1pm. I get a call at 1 saying the mutton is not good so they cannot send me my mutton item and told me to either change it to chicken and order will be delivered by 1:30 or order some more starters and have that till the main food can be delivered by 2. I wanted the food as soon as possible so I told him to switch it too chicken. He said 1:30 delivery, which obviously did not happen I had to call them again at 1:45 and they said it’s on the way. Called again at 2pm and then they tell me the delivery guy just left from their restaurant. I was so mad because they kept lying on the phone and this time the excuse was what I had ordered was out of stock. Absolute worst service, all I wanted was good food at a good time. I finally received the food at 2:30! This place is a disgrace to the “parsi” part of their name. Parsis are known to be before time and do not lie to customers like this. I thought atleast the food will compensate for this horrible experience but the food is quite below average. If you like parsi food please don’t eat here and think this is it.. there are places with better taste and service. I ordered sali boti which then became sali chicken and some chicken slider.
