It's on my list as I'm big time foodie so I try different cuisine n today I tried kashmiri food so I given a try to this small n cosy sitting outlet parsa's delhi which is authentic kashmiri food in lajpat nagar so I order few portion of mutton seekh kebab n rista n gustaba along with plain rice n kahva in the last which they given complementary all things are nice in taste but I find 2 things normal one is rista which I find average n kahva which I find below average sorry to say but true rest mutton seekh is gud n gustaba is also gud I love tht creamy dahi ka texture n flavour full but rista gravy they need to work rest I will come again soon too try other kashmiri dishes Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

As a Kashmiri, I walked into Parsa’s Restaurant with a pinch of skepticism (we all know how personal wazwaan is to us), but I walked out smiling—and full. The dishes carry that familiar taste of home, the kind you usually reserve for weddings or your mother’s daeg. The Rista was tender and well-spiced, the Goshtaba creamy and rich, without being overpowering. Even the rice had that perfect texture we’re all picky about. What made it even better was the effort to keep the experience rooted in culture—no shortcuts, no unnecessary fusion. Just good, soulful food that felt like it was made with a lot of pride. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving a little taste of home.
