As a Kashmiri who knows the real taste of Wazwan, I can say that what I had here was nowhere close to authentic. None of the dishes captured the true flavors of traditional Wazwan. If you want to experience genuine Kashmiri cuisine, I’d recommend trying other Kashmiri restaurants. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If i had to describe my experience in two words — Overpriced. Overhyped. We ordered tabak maaz (deep fried ribs worth 450rs) and we were give two tiny pieces of ribs which were 90% lobe of fat the quantity was so less im wondering how they didnt feel ashamed while serving something like that on the plate. Secondly, we order mirchi korma which had strong red food colouring residual of which can be seen on your hand after you eat even after washing it multiple times, so clearly theres unnatural substances used to make gravy look red because flavour wise-it was bland and the meat (mutton) was undercooked (dont even get me started on the quantity which they served in a small bowl calling it quantity for 2 people when even one person cant eat it properly) Then we ordered kashmiri pulao (450 rs serves two as they mentioned on their menu) the pulao only had a few almonds and cashews as garnishing and literally nothing else in in, it was extremely salty as they make it in the mutton stock which is left out after boiling meat, and the quantity was so less that it would be less for even a single hungry person. Lastly we order rista which was pretty average again with loads of red food colouring. Most of the other items on the menu especially the kebabs in chicken were not available, festive dishes were not available (i mean if you’re only serving harissa in December end then why bother to even put it up on your menu card which is used through out the year!?) when i ask them for tradition kashmiri roti named tchot they dont have it and tried fooling me by saying that tandoori rotis are our traditional rotis. A kashmiri would never visit a place like this cause they know what authentic kashmiri wazwan tastes like. What these people are selling in the name of wazwan is BS. They clearly have influencers paid to promote their outlet because nobody’s gonna pay blindly so much for this kind of food. Its a marketing gimmick, be wise about where u eat and what u eat in the name of authenticity and stay away from such places i would say. Make sure to check your food bill properly as they will loot you here and there with extra charges (more than mrp) on either water bottle u take or something else. My family and I recently dined at Parsa's Koramangala and had a truly fantastic experience! The Kashmiri food was absolutely delicious and incredibly authentic—a real treat for the taste buds. Beyond the excellent cuisine, the ambience was great, providing a wonderful, cozy, and inviting setting for our family dinner. What truly set the experience apart was the excellent service. A huge thank you to Abrar, who took wonderful care of our table. His attention and service were prompt, professional, and added a warm personal touch to our meal. If you're looking for great food, a lovely setting, and service that makes you feel welcome, I highly recommend visiting!
