The food was not upto the mark. We went there because of the good review, and got dissapointed. But, the staff behavior and the chef was very nice. They were even apologetic about it. The ambience was nice. Aesthetics were on point. It's just the food that dissapointed us a lil bit. Couldn't really enjoy it. MAYBE it was just a bad day, not a bad spot to eat.

I had a disappointing experience at Park Street Social. While I enjoyed the food and drinks, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and needs improvement. When we arrived, most tables (around 60%) on the floor were empty. We chose a comfortable sofa in a corner, but a waiter rudely insisted that we sit at a two-chair table in the middle. This would have been understandable if the restaurant was full, but it wasn’t.When we declined to sit in the middle, we were directed to the upper floor, where about 80% of the tables were vacant. However, the staff claimed all the tables were reserved, and whichever table we chose, they refused without any courtesy. Frustrated, we prepared to leave, but I decided to speak with the manager about the staff's behavior.The manager, thankfully, was very polite and accommodating. He offered us one of the best seats on the floor, which improved the situation. However, such behavior from the staff was unexpected from a reputed restaurant chain. Proper training is essential to ensure employees treat customers respectfully; otherwise, rude behavior like this can drive customers away.
