Besides Asiatic Society, visit Park Street SOCIAL in the vicinity. To order perfectly cooked tandoori kebabs, chicken pizza and fried chicken wings is a really good idea. Take your friends with you to have good cheesecakes, brownies and butter cakes. It's nice to taste delicious beer. Great coffee is the right choice.
The cosy atmosphere of this cafe makes guests feel relaxed and have a nice time. Many reviewers find the staff courteous. If you want to experience cool service, you should go to Park Street SOCIAL. From the visitors' point of view, prices are average. The fine decor is what the reviews of this place mention as a stand-alone plus. This spot scored 4.1 in the Google rating system.

Complete Disaster – DO NOT Visit Park Street Social!I had a truly disappointing experience at Park Street Social, and I regret choosing this place for a family lunch. We were a group of 14 people, including senior citizens, and from start to finish, everything went wrong.Service: Terrible & UnprofessionalFirst, it took over 45 minutes to even get the correct number of water glasses for our table. The waiters were barely interested in our needs—more focused on serving drinks and hookahs than taking care of the food orders. Whenever we tried calling them (either verbally or through the table bell), they simply told us to wait because they were busy with other tables. Completely ignoring us and not even attempting to engage with senior citizens at our table was unacceptable.Order Process: A Complete MessThe whole order placement process was a disaster. We were told to use the QR code to place our orders, but when the waiter came to confirm, we were told the order didn’t go through. We had to reorder, and after another failed attempt, the waiter finally tried placing it on his tablet. Guess what? The tablet didn’t work either. We had to literally suggest they write the order down on paper—something any decent restaurant would have thought of, but Park Street Social’s staff couldn’t figure out.Food: Not Worth the WaitOnce the food finally arrived, the experience didn’t improve. The vegetarian food was okay, but the non-vegetarian items, especially the burgers, were downright inedible. It was clear the quality was subpar. Also, the online menu had different names for some items compared to the physical menu at the table. When asked about it, they told us their tabs weren’t updated, which is just a lame excuse.Wrong Orders & Bad AttitudeThere was also an issue with our order when we specifically pointed to a Veg platter we wanted, but the wrong one was brought. When we mentioned this to Ms. Anjali, she made faces and refused to accept the mistake. Not only was the food wrong, but the attitude of the staff made it worse. They didn’t seem interested in resolving anything.Compensation: UnacceptableIn an attempt to make up for their errors, they brought us ice cream and cakes, but they contained egg—despite us explicitly mentioning we had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. This just showed their lack of attention to detail and basic customer service.Final ThoughtsI shared all my feedback with the so-called “senior staff”, but it seemed like they either didn’t care or weren’t empowered to do anything about it. Park Street Social is a mess right now. The service is absolutely terrible, the food quality doesn’t match the hype, and the management needs a serious overhaul.I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. There are much better options nearby that actually value customer experience. This place is an utter disappointment and doesn’t deserve your time or money.
