Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. We have booked this hotel for a wedding and the service is terrible. There are no fresh towels, all in bad condition. Air conditioners are not working properly. The breakfast spread is stale and not set up as per even basic standards. They have not been able to handle or resolve any guest complaints. Furthermore there is no responsibile person who can take action in the staff. They give generic excuses and replies. I would never recommend anyone for a stay at this hotel.
