Worst staff and non supportive behaviour, When we have visited this hotel for lunch with family @3pm it is occupied only 30% and we requested for a cabin room to allocate as the cooling in open sitting area is very low and team denied to allocate after that we have visited another hotel . Also through lift, the restaurant can’t be accessed.
