I recently ordered from Paritripti via Swiggy and had a pleasant experience. I ordered 3 Veg Thalis, which cost me ₹567, and I must say the food was delicious and wholesome. The Veg Thali offered a well-balanced combination of flavors, with each dish complementing the others perfectly. The rice was cooked to perfection – soft, fluffy, and fragrant. It was a great base to accompany the other items in the thali. The dal was rich in flavor and had a smooth texture. It wasn’t too spicy but had the right amount of seasoning, which paired well with the rice. The shukto was another standout item. This traditional Bengali dish, made with bitter vegetables, had a unique flavor profile. Though shukto is known for its bitter taste, Paritripti balanced it very well, making it enjoyable even for those who aren’t used to the bitterness. The dhokar dalna was simply amazing. The fried lentil cakes in a rich, flavorful gravy were both hearty and comforting. The seasoning and the texture of the dalna were spot on, making it a perfect addition to the thali. To add a touch of sweetness and tang, the chutney served with the thali was a delightful accompaniment. It had a good balance of sweetness and spices that enhanced the overall meal experience. What impressed me the most was the portion size. Each Veg Thali was well-packed and sufficient for one person. The quality of the food was outstanding, and everything arrived fresh and hot, even though it was a home delivery. The packaging was neat, with separate compartments for each dish, preventing the flavors from mixing, which is essential for maintaining the authenticity of the meal. The delivery was prompt, and the food arrived at the perfect temperature. The delivery person was courteous, and the entire experience was hassle-free. Considering the price of ₹567 for 3 Veg Thalis, I believe it was quite reasonable. The quality and quantity of the food were worth every penny.
