Paris Resturant became one of the worst now a days with quality of food and service, even if the food may be average, however the behavior and service of the staff will make you more uncomfortable and mood off. I really don’t know why it is called as A/C restaurant , I never felt they have turned on AC . Thalassery people once used to say PARIS is one of the best in town, now a days we can say that it is one of the worst. Disappointed as a Thalassery man. Last day I and my family had a very bad experience from this restaurant. I reached the new paris presidency restaurant at noon to have the lunch. We ordered briyani. One chicken biriyani and one mutton biriyani. The ordered item came. When I started to have the food, I came to know that the item was not mutton biriyani, instead it was beef biriyani. I didn't asked them anything thinking that they mistakenly brought the item. Also my family was with me. The surprising part was that they gave the bill of one CB and one mutton biriyani.
At this time I came to know that it was a cheating from the part of the restaurant. They were knowingly doing all these things.
Very bad customer service, poor quality food and along with that cheating the customers by providing fake bill.
I would suggest all of the customers who would like have food from Thalassery, not to go to "PARIS Pesidency". Better go to any other thattukada along the roadside
