we have ordered a birthday cake and the instruction to write the birthday details on top of the cake and it was not followed and the cake had been packed correctly which had spoiled the edges of the cake when it reached us

cake u have delivered is totally waste. This is the cake what u have delivered us. Decoration is totally waste and im totally mood off. And moreover the cake is totally rough like a plum cake. Waste of ordering to you. I have never ate like this cake and never seen the decoration wat u have given us. Absolutely waste. Melted .
