Tried calling to Velachery branch and no response why can’t it be updated stating there is no service rendered , number provided in the website is attended by someone and gave me this info that Velachery branch is non functional ,Atleast they should be bothered of our timings on enquiries of not getting wasted

We have already purchased a cake here before and it was ok-ish. This time we had bought a cake on 20th Jan 2022. We had ordered for a 1kg fresh cream raspberry and mango eggless cake. They even charged an extra Rs.100 for making it eggless. But I felt really DISAPPOINTED and BETRAYED to find out that it contained egg. We could find SEVERAL pieces of EGGSHELLS in the cake which were quite big and cracking in our mouths and disgusting to eat. I don't know what went wrong this time, with them making it eggless as we had ordered a day before to avoid such inconveniences. They could've told us beforehand if they wouldn't be able to make an eggless cake. There are places that make eggless cakes within hours on the day of ordering. Parfait Cakes N Bakes really need to step up their quality and not take our trust for granted. This is not to cause any defamation. But I really had to express my discontent on this issue.

We are very sorry for your experience. We will check immediately with our team how this mistake has happened. We make eggless cakes everyday as per the request of the customer but we will get in to details of how this mistake has happened and take strict action.
