Hello sir, i know there was a small mistake that we mistakenly sent you butter roti instead of butter naan. I really apologise you for the incident. You could have called me the same day to reimburse you with butter naan which was your actual order with the mistaken butter roti. Besides that, i just want to know about the other food which was included in the thali. No one deserves a one star because of a mess up in bread choice. I know it doesn't met your order expectations but was it bad enough to push you to give us a one star review?
