I visited this hotel for my friends wedding. It's location is in the heart of the city, near to Mela Auditorium, Muvattupuzha Bus Stand all in close proximity. The food is so delicious, we had South Indian & Chinese amazing taste. The rooms are kept clean (could improve the lights in the room) and spacious. Mr. Abin, was very courteous and extended his support & his hospitality was too good. Understanding the language barrier, he literally ensured our local travel is arranged and with reasonable fare. Being new to the place, his plan for day 2 was arranged flawless. My family highly appreciated his arrangements after check out for a short break. I would strongly recommend your stay at Paray's for their food, stay and hospitality. Thank you Mr. Abin! Service: 5

Really bad experience with the staff . Plz go only after confirming the tariffs as the staff over their will loot you. They were not sure of the tariffs and they showing sign languages to fix it and took extra money to their pockets. They didn't even bother to show the room where the AC was not even working. Worst experience ever

However the room tariiff's are fixed for the rooms of the hotel we do not loot anything from our valued guest and the staff's are very well known about the integrity and the staffs will not violate that core value of the company.Let me also guarantee you the staff will not interfere while the guest with their personal concerns.

Experienced 2 nights, first day was quite good struggling for shower without Hot water, pest (mosquito) with room 403, due to windows are not able to close properly and road noise given a horrible sleep. Second day with restaurant Mr. Vinod the restaurant service person forcing with limited menu, delayed delivery more than 20 min wait, limiting the quantity and also repeated first day order on second day received two varieties of dishes. Team paray's residency please improve. Service: 1
