Not at all the Taj experience you would expect. Went there for a buffet lunch on a weekday for our anniversary celebration. Had booked a day prior. The person on call told me that as the epicure member as well as the tata neu member they would arrange a celebratory cake for us. And that was expected, as this is very well taken care of by Taj hotels/restaurants. I also enquirer about the menu and the lady said it keeps changing hence cant say. Now...let me put it this way, the experience was such a bummer. The lunch menu was absolutely disappointing. No starters. Lol. When enquired they say buffet would become costlier hence starters have been taken off menu. Insipid spread. Huge truck load of cold stale salads and related accompaniments. Which remained untouched by anyone. Maincourse had very basic veg spread, using low quality ingredients. In Non veg side...it had pork, lamb in the most terrible form I have ever seen, full of bones, fish curry (no fish in it), chicken korma again with sparse pieces that were all bones. Mutton biriyani with no pieces ...!! Desserts were much better off but nothing exciting. Truly, what a disappointment. My better half neither eats pork or lamb. So imagine how this special lunch would have turned out. left with no options. Had these guys informed me of the menu, would not have booked here. Would have just gone to taj westend which we frequent. Not sure where should I put this message for taj group to reassess the standards of this restaurant. It was unimaginably bad. And yeah they never brought us any anniversay cake...hahaha !! Where is your legendary taj service ??? Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We had our anniversary dinner at Palette recently. Ambience was awesome & staff was very hospitable. Special mention to 'Shreyas' who made our day special with on request candlelights on the table & took care of us whole time. He was very courteous & even served some special items for our kids on the fly. Loads of tasty food options on buffet too. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
