We had our anniversary dinner at Palette recently. Ambience was awesome & staff was very hospitable. Special mention to 'Shreyas' who made our day special with on request candlelights on the table & took care of us whole time. He was very courteous & even served some special items for our kids on the fly. Loads of tasty food options on buffet too. Beautiful atmosphere, good service, but average food experience. Visited this place for a Dinner buffet on Valentine’s Day. The person attending us arranged for an alternate soup as the one on the menu was not up to the mark. They served Soup and Mock tail on table. Rest all had to be self served from the buffet spread. Did not really like this part. Earlier in Parandha the buffet used to be served on table like TBH (table d'hote) menu. It used to be really nice. The Chicken broth was good, starters were a huge letdown. Paneer was undercooked, Veg Ball manchurian was soggy and bland, Salt and pepper prawns was hard to chew and tasted bland, the chicken tandoori was bad. None of the gravies were of good quality or taste. The only saving grace was the quality of mutton used in Nihari. But again it was bland and tasteless. The rotis or breads served on table was best. They were succulent and soft. The star of the show was the Dessert section. Crafted with utmost love and dedication. The only reason this review got a 3 star was because of the Desserts. They were all beautiful and tasty. But the appetite had been spoilt. Couldn’t finish them all. At the last, the filter coffee was perfect. All in all, 5.5k INR for a meal for two. Definitely not worth your time or money and mostly importantly your Appetite. These kind of buffets are available for at the max 1000 INR at so many other places.
