The employees at The Parampara restaurant, which is close to Court, do not seem like nice people. They create disturbance in the neighborhood by playing loud music. Even at night, they cause noise disruptions in the neighborhood by playing loud music. They don't care that it might affect other people's sleep. Even at this moment they are playing loud bihu songs. People are fed up.
