I recently tried Param Food Complex and ordered their rajma chawal and kachori. Rajma chawal is a pretty basic dish it’s hard to mess it up but honestly it was quite disappointing the flavors were bland and lacked the warmth and depth you usually expect from this comfort food the kachori on the other hand was just okay in my opinion nothing special but not bad either overall the experience didn’t really live up to my expectaion Disclaimer: This is just my personal experience and opinion If you visit Param Food Complex frequently and enjoy something from their menu I’d genuinely love to hear your side of the story everyone’s taste is different and your recommendation might change my mind next time Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
