I recently attended a ring ceremony event at this venue on 6th Nov, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The staff seemed disorganized and lacked professionalism in their approach. That bald manager, in particular, showed limited experience in effective team leadership and time management, which affected the event’s flow. Additionally, the food quality, especially the main course, was disappointing and far below expectations. I would recommend a review of training, customer service standards, and catering quality to enhance the guest experience in the future.
