The place appears quite elegant from the outside, but the experience inside is disappointing. It's often crowded with elderly people who spend the entire day gambling and betting. The atmosphere is filled with cigarette smoke, and the food served is unhygienic. The staff lacks professionalism and seems more like local tapri boys than trained employees. While the location is excellent, the place requires significant improvements in hygiene, food quality, and overall management to be worth recommending.
