Ordering tasty butter chicken, roti and tandoori chicken is a pleasant experience here. This cafe guarantees you good cupcakes. It's time to degustate delicious liqueur. Great coffee or good lassi are worth trying here.

Paradise Cafe is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Based on the reviewers' opinions, prices are fair. The calm atmosphere will be a good addition to tasty dishes and excellent location of this place. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

Amazing place with beautiful ambience and scenic lake views . The food is tasty with good variety, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect spot to chill, relax, and enjoy nature. Great for friends, family, or even a peaceful solo visit. Definitely worth visiting! Service: 5

This place never really had great customer service, but we would always go there because of their food. Obviously their Patiala Lassi is really good, and that is the reason I’m giving them another star, but their food quality has degraded very badly. When we visited here last week, we ordered full chicken handi and many naans, but the gravy was so so inedible , as if the masala had been burnt, and it did not have any flavour. Even though we told them it tasted really bad and to have it fixed/ give us a replacement , the cashier/ receptionist said, “Tastes perfectly fine to me”. They did not offer us another dish and at one point we were literally eating naan like papad. We left most of the naan untouched and decided to leave . They did not even offer to remove the chicken gravy from the bill and we ended up paying for the complete bill without having enjoyed any food. The owner was not present at the time, else maybe he would have ensured us a fair compensation , i don’t know. Washrooms are dirty. Place is dirty. Food is now bad. The only thing worth going here for, is the Patiala lassi. I wouldn’t go here again though. And i would definitely not recommend going here if you want guaranteed good food. Service: 1

0/5 — Absolutely Horrifying Experience, Would Never Recommend Visited Paradise Café, Mulshi, and had one of the worst experiences ever. From the moment we entered, the ambience felt eerie and unsettling. The entrance gave off a spooky, abandoned vibe—not something you’d expect from a “resort.” We had initially planned to stay till 11 PM the same day but ended up leaving by 5 PM due to how uncomfortable and unsafe the place felt. Room 4 was in terrible condition: shabby, dirty, and barely maintained. The washroom could not be locked from inside—only from the outside, which felt extremely unsafe. The property has a huge, unmaintained well at the back, surrounded by dense jungle. It gave literal chills and added to the creepy, unsafe feeling. Floors were slippery, the property unhygienic, and overall management was extremely poor. The café took my Aadhaar card and also demanded ₹500 in cash as a “refundable security deposit.” If you don’t have cash and opt to pay via UPI, they charge non-refundable GST on top of it—very shady. The food was overpriced and below average, and if you ask them to serve in the room, they charge a service fee—with no service quality to justify it. The staff was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy or customer service. Honestly, the entire experience was so bad that we felt mentally drained and uneasy, and couldn't stay a moment longer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone—be it families, couples, or solo travelers. Avoid at all costs. Service: 1
