Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered Paneer 65, but it was completely spoiled. informed the staff, yet no action was taken. Additionally, we were charged for a water bottle we never opened-and they didn't inform us beforehand that bottled water is billable. We also tried to order mutton biryani, and were told it was unavailable. However, just 25 minutes later, an online order came in for the same dish and it was promptly packed. We could clearly hear the staff preparing it. The overall service was poor, and the food quality was subpar. It's surprising that no action has been taken by the food safety authorities.
