I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I ordered the Kappa Chicken Biryani, and it was honestly the worst food I’ve ever had. When I opened the parcel, I was shocked—it looked nothing like proper biryani. The chicken was pale and flavorless, with no masala or seasoning at all. It looked more like leftover food waste than a proper meal. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Definitely not worth the money.this is the worst food I ever had

They used to be good. Had been ordering since years but stopped a while ago. So I ordered a week ago to check regarding the poor reviews. Chicken mughlai biriyani is more like over cooked/ steamed rice close to kanji with excess oil . The chicken pieces small and not flavourful like in the past. Avoid. The newer reviews are correct. Wonder what happened to the hotel.

I think they made dosa with old batter...It was so iritatably tankgy... Couldn't eat..Also it was almost over cooked...Over all good was not edible . Been using Zomato for a longer period as you guys makes everything convenient,from offers ,to timely delivery and friendly staffs..So, please ensure Quality service as you always do.. Hotel paradise has been one of my favourite.. Didn't expected this from you guys...Take care next time. so disappointed!!
