Very Bad experience i faced in this hotel. They r not take order for long time nearly more than 20 minutes. Food also not served to the table even 30 minutes over. There is no one served food to us. We only served the food ourself. There is no fingerbowl served to us. The manager mr. Vamsi is not provided the complaint log book. While we asking him to provide complaint book he is just showing waiting customers log book. Steward santhoshi is not surved to us. Very very bad experience i got now. The same experience faceed the my beside table customers also. Very very very Bad experience even though there is no rush in the restaurant. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in
