Very disappointing experience. We visited with our children and ordered two meal combo with chicken and chicken kabab items. The kababs were not cooked properly and the biryani quality was also very poor. After returning home, our son started experiencing severe stomach pain, which caused us a lot of worry and stress. Food quality and hygiene seem to be a serious concern. When families come to a restaurant, they expect safe and properly cooked food. Please take this issue seriously and improve your food quality and standards so that other customers do not face the same problem. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1. The AC was not working properly and it was very uncomfortable due to excessive sweating. 2. Extra roasted onions were not supplied when requested. 3. The food items were getting cold very quickly, which affected the dining experience. Coming to service is too bad, they will attract customers with free biriyani offers with purchase of 2 on alternate days. After getting free biriyani offer in our account, they simply tell that server is not working. Mr. Kiran(9985473443) & Mr. Sambasiva(9110790575) is rudely behavior on customer with careless answers Like you can make complaint to any one.... etc.
