Had a very bad experience with them. Initially i took the trial where food was okay, once i took the month long plan the taste of food slowly started degrading and despite multiple messages and requests no one actually cares. The delivery boys are extremely rude and might not follow a time schedule but will not be willing to wait even for a minute. Despite complaining so much, they didn’t do anything. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hi ma’am. Since such a subscription model, the rider takes a specific route and we request all clients before subscribing to the plan to be available at the time of delivery in the morning. In your case, the Rider waited for over 30 minutes, and he did not get any response, so he had to move ahead to complete other orders. would request you to give us a delivery instruction if you’re not personally available or be available at the time of delivery, thank you.
