My experience at Pappu Bakery was quite disappointing. The owner’s attitude came across as rude and hurried, which made the interaction uncomfortable, with very little customer-friendly etiquette. Even after buying a pastry to check the taste, the Rasmalai-flavoured cake I later purchased tasted quite average and did not meet expectations.
