I have been their customer since 2012. I visited the center recently on a weekday after nearly 1 year. The serving quality has gone down. It is bad. They aren't attentive to new tables at all. Cleaning of tables wasn't done on time either. Food served wasn't satisfying. The main problem is longer waits and customer asking the server constantly if their food would arrive or not. All in all, its time to pick a different restaurant.

I hosted a party in Papadams Blue,5th floor. The banquet hall ambience is average but food was good. The issue is with the in house decor - Pramod(kavya events). Their margin is 50% in the decor which is agreed by themselves and they say it because they manages everything and they show something for you and the decoration will be different on the event day and they say some nonsense if you ask for it.As I haven't left with any alternative,I had to rely on decor but I got event management from outside as he charges heavily for events too. My suggestion would be if you have any well known decor outside, you pay loyalty to the Papadams management and get it done from outside as it may cost you less even after paying loyalty
