End of navratri, n we had guests over to have an american pizza and we ordered papa johns..damaged pizza was delivered in 40minutes, with the toppings all over the box. Possibly the box crushed due to over stacking or it was dropped.
the delivery boy took it back after arguing unnecessarily and said fresh pizza will be delivered.. to our shock the delivery guy came with the pizza after an hour approx. So the original order was at 12:30pm and the pizza got delivered at 2:30 pm.. with the total bill
Store manage mr mandar ( i doubt i spoke to the store manager coz he acted unaware of the whole situation and said his shift just started) he said he was sorry for what happened and so what , if it was delivered late we should accept the pizza and pay the whole amount
Friends the store is only 15 minutes away in traffic hours. I have worked in qsr and now i know they are 100 times better than papas store
Shame on you papa johns your ingredients arent gona save your sales!!!!
Papa johns is in service industry with no intention to serve customers..
