Papa chow is a small joint located in sector V. In ordered a simple chicken steamed momo for office lunch. It was pocket friendly and cost only rs 40 although it was in 2018.
This is a roadside fast food joint or Chinese food joint located in Sector 5. I tried their egg haka noodles, quantity was enough for a single person and taste was good too but quality can be improved.
It is a roadside stall rather than a proper fast food joint. The kiosk sees footfall during afternoon, from mostly college students and office goers. Hygiene wise, definitely very poor. Their utensils are charred black, oil stains have blackened the roof of the kiosk. They use thermocol plates to serve hot food, which is totally a NO-NO as thermocol tends to melt into the food.
Food is nothing special, its overly spicy and sometimes not cooked properly. Service is also slow, they take ages to serve you anything. Seating area is on the footpath near the dustbin, so one can imagine the aesthetics of this place.
Would not recommend this place at all. I am strictly against roadside hawking and illegal food stalls capturing footpath spaces. I suggest Zomato not to support such food joints by listing them. Kindly take your team there and verify if they have an FSSAI certificate or any sort of permit to capture the footpath.
