Pannalal Sweets and Bakery is pretty near Bihar Institute of Handicrafts and Designs. A lot of visitors highlight that you can try good cutlets, bhaji and chaat here. A number of guests have noticed that the staff is cool at Pannalal Sweets and Bakery. Satisfying service is something that visitors would like to improve here. I had ordered a german truffle pastry but received chocolate crunchy pastry instead. I have had truffle before so it's clearly not truffle because truffle is all black and does not have whipped cream in it I need a replacement
