3.5 out 5. This review is based on their Chicken Biriyani that I have ordered online on two occassions. At first glance, it doesn't look like a Biriyani - it doesn't have the yellowish-orangish shades we usually associate with Biriyani and it is easy to think they confused the order and sent you fried rice or Ghee Rice. It looks a bit like Malabar Biriyani, but less oily, and the flavour is certainly quite unique and distinct.
The flavour isn't spicy, and there isn't any apparent masala at all in the Biriyani. But the mild flavour holds its own and makes itself quite apparent. The disappointment is the chicken though - the leg piece was small and quite dry like it had been kept out in the open for too long (could be because I ordered late night). The chicken also tasted more salty and the same as the Biriyani rice, and I felt it could have used more spices (the usual biriyani masala) and should have been like how chicken in a gravy tastes.
For those of you who like mildly flavoured Biriyani, definitely recommend it. (Note: Mildly flavoured doesn't mean there is no chilly - it may be spicy for some).
