If you're looking for homely, delicious, and affordable vegetarian food in Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad, Pandit Ji Ki Rasoi is a place worth visiting. I recently tried their North Indian thali and was pleasantly surprised by the authentic taste and generous portions. The dal and sabzi had a fresh, home-cooked feel, and the rotis were hot and soft, served right off the tawa. What I loved most was the simple yet satisfying menu — no over-complication, just pure Indian flavors done right. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially for students and families. Their combos and daily specials are great value for money. The ambience is clean and family-friendly, with enough seating for small groups. The staff was polite and served everything with a smile. It felt more like being served at home than eating at a restaurant. They also offer a good delivery experience — my food arrived on time, well-packed, and still hot.
