Pandit Chat Corner used to be really good earlier, but now the quality has dropped badly. The place is not hygienic anymore and the taste isn’t like before. Really disappointing experience.

Pandit Ji keeps it real — limited items, authentic taste, no overload of chutney, dahi, or unnecessary gimmicks. The golgappe were spot on: plain stuffing, sharp tangy water that hits the right spot. The mixed chaat platter gave a small taste of everything on offer, while the tikki was done just right — crisp on the outside with the right condiments. The matara was a bit on the dry side, but overall the flavors stayed true to the old-school Lucknowi style. You’ll have to wander into the Aminabad book market to find this hidden gem, but it’s worth every step. Highly recommended for anyone who values authenticity over hype.
