I ordered Chicken Leg Biryani from your restaurant through Swiggy, and what I received was absolutely disgusting. The food was cold, stale, and smelled unbearable. It’s clear you have no regard for basic hygiene or food safety. To send out something like that, especially when it’s clearly been sitting around for hours, is beyond irresponsible. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a complete lack of professionalism. How dare you send out rotten food just to complete an order?
