I had a very bad experience at Panchvati Hotel Restaurant. The food quality was poor, lacking both freshness and taste. The place was unhygienic — the tables were dirty and the environment was not well-maintained. The worst part was the behavior of the waiter. While cutting the salad, the waiter was also eating it at the same time and continued to cut the same salad that was later served to us. This is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. They literally served us food that was already half-eaten (jhutha). On top of that, the service was extremely slow and the staff seemed careless. Even after complaining, no one took it seriously. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values cleanliness, good service, and proper food hygiene. Better to look for safer and better options in Bahraich. Rating: 1/5 Service: 1

It is like a resort type property with a restaurant, small hall for 100 people gathering. Nicely rooms and well maintained property. Service: 4
