Hygiene, ambience and service is great, best for families. But food is over very fancy, not very authentic. Taste and quality is great, but not like authentic dishes. Little bit costly also. I had a disappointing experience at panchavati Restaurant. When I received my bill and after paying, I noticed an extra charge of 20.24 Rs, which was not explained anywhere. The bill should have been 541.76 Rs, including GST/SGST, but I was charged 562 Rs, an extra 20 Rs. I trusted the restaurant and its staff, so I paid without checking the details at the time. However, I never expected such a mistake from a reputed place like Ramdev Restaurant. I hope the restaurant can provide a genuine response to clarify this situation. I hope it was not an intention with smart loot but might be an mistake! 20Rs isn't low! Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
