Quantity was too low and no good response from manager...u want to come or not doesn't matter to this hotel..... He doesn't need customers Too expensive for quantity served. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000

I had a disappointing experience at panchavati Restaurant. When I received my bill and after paying, I noticed an extra charge of 20.24 Rs, which was not explained anywhere. The bill should have been 541.76 Rs, including GST/SGST, but I was charged 562 Rs, an extra 20 Rs. I trusted the restaurant and its staff, so I paid without checking the details at the time. However, I never expected such a mistake from a reputed place like Ramdev Restaurant. I hope the restaurant can provide a genuine response to clarify this situation. I hope it was not an intention with smart loot but might be an mistake! 20Rs isn't low! Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
