Finally got an amazing food joint in Salkia out of many existing and newly opened ones! "Panch Mesheli" serves authentic Bengali food and variety of delicious snacks and sweets! *This feedback should specially help those folks who look for below points while ordering outside food ( Like I do)*: *Taste *High quality *Quantity balanced with quality and cost *Good cooking mediums (oil, ghee, spices etc.) *Good level of packaging *Additional core hygiene focus during COVID phase (towards packaging + internal Kitchen's and all staff's hygiene) *Focused Customer Service Mindset ( which is very important!) I have tried many dishes from this place like Ghondhoraj Chicken Batter fry, Fish Murki, Chilly Chicken, Chicken Kosha, Baked malai roll and i must each dish was amazing! They use *only fresh cut meat and high quality ingredients* which is more important for a customer like me as I really can't have whole lot of quantity served to me compromising with quality. *Their food is very well balanced with the cost and really very tasty* . I am eager to try more dishes from their menu. They take pre order and serve customized order wise food as well! I had them deliver our Bhaiphotan celebration food recently and each guest loved the food. The owner lady of this food joint is so humble and nice! Saikat is highly customer centric too! They want to make each customer happy and cook food with care! They are always happy to hear feedback from customers. I would recommend everyone to try exploring some food from Panch Misheli... Don't miss their sweets and snacks as those are just AMAZING and UNBEATABLE! All the best to Panch Meshali food joint!
