If you ever find yourself in Manali, I highly recommend stopping by Pam's Kitchen for some amazing idli-sambar! The sambar, in particular, is absolutely mind-blowing. The owners, Pam ma'am and Umesh uncle, are incredibly warm and easy to chat with—it's the perfect spot for some friendly small talk alongside some delicious food. Definitely a must-visit!
