It seems there was some confusion, and unfortunately you may have called a different number.At our restaurant, every confirmed order is properly logged, and food is prepared fresh, which takes a minimum of 15 minutes. Since your order was not received in our system, there was nothing prepared to hand over.We value all our customers’ time and make sure confirmed orders are ready without delay.
