we visited family nbr 7 pax at Tuesday Night ..all the stater was amazing...main course chicken handi was ice cold chicken and it's like Chingam bitting...very very bad taste of chicken and gravy.. it's not fresh at all..I informed your steward and Captains but they are not taken any seriously...very bad experience we r not expect that kind of food on Your resturant..it's not valuey with money..thanks

Dear Management of Pali Village Resort, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received at your restaurant on 11th June 2025. We were seated at **Table No. 52**, but despite multiple staff members present, none seemed attentive to the guests. We placed an order for starters, which arrived **unacceptably late**, causing significant frustration. Throughout our time there, we noticed staff members **walking around, chatting amongst themselves**, rather than attending to customers. This level of negligence is unexpected from a restaurant of your reputation. I urge you to **review your CCTV footage** to verify our experience and address this issue with your team. We expected far better service and hope you take corrective measures to prevent such lapses in the future. Looking forward to your response.
