I had booked this place via Swiggy Dineout and visited Pali Village. Unfortunately, when I reached, there were no other guests at the restaurant. The place felt completely empty, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Since I was the only person there, I decided to leave without dining.While the booking process was smooth, I think the management should ensure better communication about the ambience and crowd levels so guests know what to expect. Hopefully, things improve in the future.
