Palaharam. Hotel &parcel is pretty near Science Park. Guests don't highly appreciate shawarma at this restaurant. A lot of reviewers have noticed that the staff is cool here. A number of people point out that the service is nice. When you enter this place, you notice the charming atmosphere. But Palaharam. Hotel &parcel has been rated below average by Google.

I ordered a plate shawarma for dine-in, and it was served after 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. The chicken used was of very poor quality, filled with too much of chewy, waste-like portions in chicken that completely ruined the taste and texture. It clearly showed that the people preparing it had little to no experience in making proper shawarma. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. For a dish that’s supposed to be flavorful and satisfying, this was a complete letdown. I would consider this the worst shawarma in the entire Kannur district.
