Unfortunately, if you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is annoying at this restaurant. Satisfying service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Pakwaan hotel got negative comments because of the charming atmosphere. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Had been here with family for a quick lunch in the common non A C section as we were in a rush to reach somewhere. We had ordered some Rotis, a Veg kadhai, Dal tadka and Jeera rice. Everything was served quickly, fresh, tasty and hot, the service was so quick, the entire space was super clean and nearly organized and within 30 minutes we were out of the building. Despite only 1 waiting staff available and being a weekend, most tablets being full, everything was so easy and good. I really appreciate all the staff that were involved. Nice place to go with friends, collegues, family, even solo or with spouse. It's extremely welcoming and friendly the staff are very polite. Loved the overall experience I had here. Same with the Bagalkot outlets as will. Pakwaan Jawari, or the regular one in Vidyagiri or the Uphar in Navanagar all are equally good. One feedback for the Mudhol outlet, please keep the washroom clean. There was water all over the floor, in one washroom in ladies section, the cover of the wc was missing which is extremely unhygienic. The water tap was leaking or broken. Please get it repaired and save water from getting wasted. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had ordered Chapati, Tanduri Roti and Curries. But Chapati which you can't eat and Tanduri Rotis were also not fresh too. Curries were not up to the taste. Only Rice items were good with quantities. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
