I’ve visited Pakwan Grand Hotel three times, as it’s conveniently located next to our office. Unfortunately, each visit has been marred by service issues that have left me disappointed. The service staff often seem indifferent to customers’ needs and instructions. While they expect tips, the quality of service doesn’t reflect this expectation. During my most recent visit, I dined with friends, and it took an excessive 15 minutes for someone to take our order. After placing the order, we were left waiting for over 30 minutes for our food. When we inquired, we received little more than a vague, “Preparing your order.” Once the food was finally served, we received no further attention from the staff. Even basic requests, like asking for salad, went unanswered. The cleanliness of the premises was another concern. The plates were not properly cleaned, and there was a noticeable odor in the restaurant. The food itself was disappointing, with the chicken pieces appearing undercooked and overly oily. Chicken pieces are water-like substance inside, resembling frozen chicken that had been poorly prepared. The portion sizes were deceptive—while the pieces appeared large, they were mostly bone (ribs), with very little actual meat. Despite several negative reviews, the management seems unbothered and unwilling to address these recurring issues. This lack of attention to hygiene and food safety raises serious concerns about public health. It is essential for any establishment to prioritize cleanliness, customer service, and food quality, and unfortunately, Pakwan Grand Hotel is falling short on all fronts. I hope the management will take these reviews seriously and make the necessary improvements to meet basic customer expectations. I recently went to this restaurant during my office hours. I and one of my office colleagues came here to eat. We were starving and determined to eat something special outside, unlike regular office food. We just went to this restaurant, which is very close to my office. Hi, We had very worst experience at pakwaan grand restaurant, very poor hygiene, Infront of customers housekeeping staff cleaning the floor while having food, served the food in a uncleaned with broken vessal, unprofessional serving staff, poor communications with serving staff food is also very salty after complaint also management didn't changed food didn't replaced with new dish , Money is wasted Food corporation department should look in too the hygiene and quality check on this resturant .
