At this restaurant, order nicely cooked filet américain. It's easy to find Paithal Hill Resorts due to the convenient location. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is competent here. We had taken bookings and the last min they refused to give the room allocated. Booking was doing directly by calling the customer to resort and not via any booking site. When asked for refund they said will give back. Now its almost a month and no refund and not responding to call now. Please be careful of this scam and think before booking. Service: 1

Hi all, I had a very bad experience from the Paitha Hill resort. On 14th December 2024, I paid Rs.2000 and booked room for 30th Jan 2024, for which I got a confirmation also. But by 30th January morning they called and said there are some electrical issues for the room I booked and they said they can provide another room. But I was not ok with their offer and I asked to refund my complete booking amount. They said the amount will be refunded to the same account in 2 dyas. But today, it's 15th January 2025, and I didn't get the refund. Also they say different reasons to delay or not pay to me. If still I am not getting any response, I will attach the screenshot for abave said. I suggest never book a room there. Service: 1

Paithal hill resorts provide good service good food and good accommodation. Location was eazy to find out. Swimming pool is available here but there is some limitations for it( only before 7 p ). Totally it provides a very good service
