A number of visitors highlight that you can order tasty Dim sum, pasta and chicken here. It's nice to try delicious latte. The professional staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Spectacular service is something clients like here. This cafe is wonderful with a warm and inviting ambiance. The food is delicious especially the lava toast! which is a must-try!.. The staff are friendly and courteous making the overall experience perfect for friends and family. I have had the pleasure of visiting this place on multiple occasions and the food is lip-smacking every single time. And I will keep coming back to this cafe because of the good quality, service and accessible location. This review is an amalgamation of all the times I have been here. Dishes I have tried: 1. Gochujang Spaghetti (veg)- Absolutely bangin'. Highly recommended. Tell them to skip the cream of you don't like your pasta to get heavy. I have had this dish on almost every pai cafe outing. 3. Alfredo Fettuccini (veg)- Creamy and rich with ample veggies. Would recommend if white sauce pasta and flat noods are your poison. 3. Caesar Salad (both chicken and veg)- Tasty enough. Would love it if the croutons are toasted golden brown. 4. Fish and Chips- French fries and crumb-coated basa fillets fried to perfection and served with a generous side of tartar sauce. Not a fan of basa, but this dish slapped. Probably my best fish and chips eaten in Siliguri. 5. Thai Green Curry (chicken)- a very refreshing and flavourful dish containing chicken strips and exotic veggies. The sauce is smooth and a beautiful shade of green. Accompanied with long grained basmati rice, which is perfectly fluffy. Highly recommended if you want a different curry profile. 6. Mushroom and Cream Cheese Dimsum- Close your eyes and order this delightful dish without any worry. Probably one of my fav pai cafe offering. 7. Lava Toast- The crowd favourite pai cafe lava toast is a richer and more decadent version of milk and bread. Definitely try this if you haven't already. 8. Tiramisu - this dish is a generous portion of happiness. Light coffee flavoured dessert. Need I say more? 9. Cloud Latte- this drink is fricking sweet. Figuratively and literally. Very pretty and equally delish! The cafe is very pretty and instagrammable. Ideal place to go to on dates. Polite staff and quick service. The menu is vast and diverse. Needless to say, I am in love with this place. So this place definitely has my stamp of approval.
