Try nicely cooked pasta. Drink good coffee, it's a must while visiting Pai. The cheerful staff welcomes visitors all year round. This place is remarkable for its professional service. When inside, the atmosphere is pretty. Google users awarded this spot 4.1.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this place on multiple occasions and the food is lip-smacking every single time. And I will keep coming back to this cafe because of the good quality, service and accessible location. This review is an amalgamation of all the times I have been here. Dishes I have tried: 1. Gochujang Spaghetti (veg)- Absolutely bangin'. Highly recommended. Tell them to skip the cream of you don't like your pasta to get heavy. I have had this dish on almost every pai cafe outing. 3. Alfredo Fettuccini (veg)- Creamy and rich with ample veggies. Would recommend if white sauce pasta and flat noods are your poison. 3. Caesar Salad (both chicken and veg)- Tasty enough. Would love it if the croutons are toasted golden brown. 4. Fish and Chips- French fries and crumb-coated basa fillets fried to perfection and served with a generous side of tartar sauce. Not a fan of basa, but this dish slapped. Probably my best fish and chips eaten in Siliguri. 5. Thai Green Curry (chicken)- a very refreshing and flavourful dish containing chicken strips and exotic veggies. The sauce is smooth and a beautiful shade of green. Accompanied with long grained basmati rice, which is perfectly fluffy. Highly recommended if you want a different curry profile. 6. Mushroom and Cream Cheese Dimsum- Close your eyes and order this delightful dish without any worry. Probably one of my fav pai cafe offering. 7. Lava Toast- The crowd favourite pai cafe lava toast is a richer and more decadent version of milk and bread. Definitely try this if you haven't already. 8. Tiramisu - this dish is a generous portion of happiness. Light coffee flavoured dessert. Need I say more? 9. Cloud Latte- this drink is fricking sweet. Figuratively and literally. Very pretty and equally delish! The cafe is very pretty and instagrammable. Ideal place to go to on dates. Polite staff and quick service. The menu is vast and diverse. Needless to say, I am in love with this place. So this place definitely has my stamp of approval. We had slight difficulties figuring out the exact location but then we found this gem of a place out. Loved the interior and decor and the aesthetic too. The food is definitely value worthy. The quantity is great given the price we paid. We loved each of the items we tried. Cappuccino (4/5) Chicken katsu sushi (3.8/5) Cloud latte (3.8/5) Gai sai takrai (4.5/5) The last one is a must try. Our visit to the Pie Café was a delightfulexperience, blending both visual charm and culinary satisfaction. Though the cherry blossoms adorning the café weren’t real, their soft pink hues created a soothing ambiance that pleased the eye. The décor, with its well-crafted chairs and tables, was stylish yet intimate, though the room’s modest size allowed voices to travel easily, even among unfamiliar guests. As for the food, it was a pleasant journey of flavors. We began with the potato corn dog, a crispy treat that revealed a wonderfully cheesy center. Next, we sampled the aglio e olio, which, though slightly dry, was still a well-prepared and satisfying dish. The highlight, however, was the dim sum—simply the best of the meal, with flavors that left a lasting impression. All in all, the café provided a cozy and enjoyable experience, both in its atmosphere and cuisine. About the lactation of the café- Finding the café was a bit of a challenge, as its location on the second floor was not immediately apparent. A more prominent sign or better directions could certainly enhance its accessibility. Additionally, expanding the size of the café would benefit both its ambiance and the overall experience, offering more comfort and privacy to its guests. In spite of these minor drawbacks, the visit was a delightful one, filled with memorable flavors and a charming atmosphere.
