Visited Pai Palace recently, and while the menu boldly claims “Eat less oil, life jingalala,” the experience said otherwise. Ordered a samosa which turned out to be extremely oily – quite disappointing given their tagline. Tried the filter coffee as well; it was just okay, nothing to rave about. What really brought the experience down was the service. The waiter was quite arrogant and behaved as if he owns the place – definitely not the kind of attitude customers expect. Overall, the place has potential but needs serious improvement in both food quality and staff behavior. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
